Why the camera doees not get the lens out?

gvaelloperez, most commonly caused by a lens error. This will turn the camera off when the lens is unable to properly extract. This can be caused by sand, grit and/or dirt interfering with the lens extension mechanism. It may also that the lens has come off the extension guide. there are multiple other causes for this. You can try and clean the lens or try to disassemble the lens mechanism. The biggest issues with that is that spare parts are seldom available. To fix your camera I would suggest replacing the lens.
