I bought this vacuum a little over a year ago. I've cleaned regularly but haven't changed the hepa filter yet. Maybe six months ago i noticed out started too whistle. So i cleaned thoroughly as I could but out continued, though not add loud. Since then has continued to get worse. What can i do stop the whistling?

I recently did a repair on a similar Eureka with loud whistling - The Dirt Cup Gasket was missing - 83920-119N
