How can I fix the shattered screen on this device?
The scree on my Pioneer TBT-7R1-K has been shattered and the touchscreen is not responsive at this point.

There are two possible issues at hand, the touchscreen being cracked and the digitizer being cracked. The touchscreen is the outer part of the device, and the digitizer is what actually creates the image. If the touchscreen is cracked, you at least have to replace the touchscreen. If the digitizer is cracked, you have to replace that, as well.
