Hello Brandt,

If you are talking about the ribbon cable that connects the screen to the motherboard, than I am sorry to tell you that the answer is no it is not repairable, but it is replaceable. You can search online for a replacement, I know there are a few on eBay. Just search for "Asus T100 LCD Flex Ribbon Cable" and the P/N is T100TA_MIPIDSI_FPC. They go for about $20-$30 USD. You could try to repair the one you have if you have a very fine electronic trace marker, but I wouldn't chance it. If you cross the traces and short them out, it will most likely mess up your LCD and Motherboard.

The video posted below by Buddhika is for the T300, but the concept is the same. Right off the top of my head from memory, you will first have to remove the SD Card, if installed (I forgot about mine being in there one time while taking it apart and it snapped my card in half making it useless. It was a good thing I had it backed up though.). You will have to pop the back casing off from the screen, just use a plastic pry tool or guitar pick and insert it between the black bezel and the back casing. Then you will see the battery, motherboard, and the screen. Just carefully remove the battery, I believe it is just held down by tape and a cable, but I don't remember for sure. Once the battery is out, then you will have to remove the motherboard. There are a couple of screws holding it down. The ribbon cable attaches to the top side of the motherboard, and to the screen under the motherboard. Just pop up the white gate locks one each side and then remove the cable. Replace it and then reassemble the T100.

Here is a guide on iFixIt for replacing the motherboard. This is where you will have to get to replace the ribbon cable.
