Baby oil spilled on my phone and now the when someone calls me the sound is very low. Everything else seems to work just fine.

Have you cleaned the front speaker mesh cover, maybe it's bloacked up or the speaker is ruined by the oil.

I would say the speaker itself has been damaged, its very common symptom for phones thats had liquid damage.
