2 Why wont my device turn on?
Device will not power on after using the power button.

Typically, the is an issue with the battery. Try turning on the device while it is charging. If this doesn't work, this means that your charging pin is faulty and is preventing the battery from receiving charge. If it does turn on while charging, this means that the battery is dead and needs to be replaced.

Tried plugging in and nothing. Also took to a computer tech and he said it was dead.
The battery may be dead try charging the tablet. If this does not work then try holding the power button down for 5 seconds and your device should restart and turn on. If neither of these options work work then you may have a faulty charging pin or a faulty battery.
