My Munchkinz tablet's battery does not hold charge. I wonder why what is wrong with my tablet.

This problem may be a result of dust in your charger, a dead battery, or your charger may be broken. Use a brush to remove dust from the charge port. Test for a dead battery by charging your device in a working outlet for at least fifteen minutes. The charger may be broken if the device is not showing any signs of receiving a charge.
