It sounds like the mounting screws internally have loosed up. But without some guidance on which model you have I can't offer you more.

Are you up to fixing your own system here? Do you have the needed tools? You may want to start there.

Update

OK, Follow this IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2009 DC-In Board Replacement upto Step 2, then look where the MagSafe connector is you should see two screws which holds the connector block (DC-In board).

If the screws are tight, then the whole DC-In Board unit will need to be replaced.

Follow the guide though or you may want to bring it to someone with better skills. This is a bit tricky repair as you need to fully remove the logic board to gain access to the DC-In Board connectors connection to the logic board is underneath.
