Do you have a secondary charger/ cable you can try? it may look fine but the pins wear over time.

The charging port tends to come unattached from the phone and needs to be fixed also my new phone the tips that you plug in some are smaller size so when you plug it in it won't charge but some have a tight fit which it means its a bet bigger and it fixed the problem you need to find the right charger even though there all the same type the may look the same but some are a tiny bit bigger which makes the perfect fit because the charging port tends to move around while charging it.

Sorry if I made any spelling mistakes.

There are a few things that it could be. As others have said, it could be the battery, charge port, or cable. On mine, however, it was the charge circuit on the motherboard. Mine was refurbished, so it didn't have a warranty. So I opened it up and saw that the solder work was supremely sub par. There were about 3 or 4 diodes that were far enough away from the solder pad, that they eventually lost connection. It could have been from the board flexing or from heat. Either way, I added a big solder blob to anything that wasn't perfectly centered and it worked again. I am actually thinking about trading mine in for something else.

I've had two Blu Life 8's. The first one had this issue (though mine was new), so I used the warranty to get another. It took them 3 months to send the second one and now it also has this issue. I for one, will not be buying another Blu product.

I had one that I had to return after only 3 weeks. It went dead and would not take a charge. Now the 2nd one I have is not charging completely and loses it's charge fast when taken off the charger. This happens whether I'm using the phone or not. On youtube I found a video that said to try cleaning the port. I'm in the process of trying to carefully do this. Actually it feels like the port may somehow have become loose. I think it has a few problems going on with the port as well as the battery.

same thing heppened to me, the "flex" does not make sufficient contact with the charging port, you should put a small piece of cardboard underneath to press it
