Ghost touches whenever iPhone heats

i've searched the whole internet to solve this problem but nothing worked, my original iPhone screen broke when i replaced the screen whenever i use the cellphone and it heats random ghost touches appear, then if i throw it in the fridge or leave it to cool down everything works just fine till it heats again, tested 3 different screens, all with the same result

I checked all my cabling and re-seated everything about 100 times

i have no idea how to fix this thing
