Bottom of the touch screen doesnt move!

I recently purchased a new digitizer and lcd display now the bottom of my screen doesnt "touch" or anything but the rest of the phone works... would it be the lcd or the digitizer?

The digitizer is most likely defective - should not happen with a new part, but it happens sometimes. i would contact the seller and try to get a replacement
