How do I make it so it doesn't vibrate?

when i plug my iPhone into the charger, if the volume is on, it makes the noise, but when it's volume is muted, it vibrates. how do i set it not to vibrate when i plug it in?

Unfortunately I don't think u can completely disable this function. Even turning both vibrate options off under the Sounds Menu wont stop that from happening.
