I have been using this espresso machine for about a month. But this morning when I pressed the switch to turn it on nothing happened. So I took off the bottom and all of the wires looked fine I wriggled the connection and the light for the switched blinked. But no luck getting it to work again.
What next?

Most likely the pump in the machine has stopped working. In order to test this you need to remove the white and blue wires from the back of the on/off switch. Next acquire a multimeter and place it on the resistance setting, then touch the multimeters leads to each wire. If functioning properly there should be 0 (or close to 0) ohms of resistance, if you do get a reading besides 0 the pump most likely needs to be replaced. You can also test the switch with this method.
