Phone charges but doesn't turn on

So I wasted a small amount of lipton tea on the corner of my Note 2 and it still worked. However, the return, middle, and home buttons stopped working. I put it in a bag of rice, nothing changed. then I took it apart and blow dried it. Now, the phone will charge but will not come on. I've tried to boot it in safe mode but was not successful. I have two years of things on that phone. What should I do?
