Flickering lines (several) show up all over the screen and they move around when I move windows around. I thought I had an actual display problem and replaced the lcd screen, nothing else.. but still have the same issue. What are my other options that this could be? Inverter board, mother board?
Thought I'd ask before I start buying other parts.

One thing you should try is to attach an external display and see if the issue transfers to the external. This will let you know if it has to do with the video card directly. If the video processor is at fault the external will have the lines as well.

i have also the same problem with this, but when i attached my PB G4 15" from my other mac through Target mode the line doesn't appear on the other mac. Which means the problem would be the LCD Display. On the other hand i used the NVRam & PRAM procedure and the LCD Lines just like an equal sign vertically. it appears okay then after a week the lines came back then i tried the PRAM & NVRAM Procedure but still there's these lines on my PB G4 LCD.
What d'yo think, i should replace my LCD now or i should proceed again to PRAM & NVRAM before i replace my LCD?
Hope i could get some other options.
