Had this iPhone 5 for over 2 yrs and the battery dies so fast, if I'm using it for like 5 mins constant, battery will die 10% easily, should I replace the phone or just the battery?

Like why would you think of replacing the phone seems a bit rash..
Iphone 5 battery's are renound for going bad replace battery and you will be fine
