I made sure that the battery was probably installed into the phone but the phone still won't turn on whenever I press the power button. Charging the phone doesn't seem to help either.

Can you help me to fix my LG optimus L9 pls.. It won't turning on .at first i turn on my phone then it shows the LG logo and i wait after an hour it still in the logo.. Then i try hard reset i press the power button, volume down,and the home button.. It shows the android with exclamation mark i know thats not the right thing. I get off the battery and try again but is the same i try to wait until my phone turn off. I try to charge until now no power... Can you please help me....

First Dischage your battery fully..keep it for two days with no charging then Charge your phone to max
then press volume down,home key& power botton this will format every thing in device after that it will sarts nomally.
if it dont work first time do it again 2,3 times.. it will work

Try putting the phone to charge. If after the phone has been set to charge and still will not power on, you may have a bad battery.

I barely stepped on my phone with the heel of my foot and then I made sure it turned on and it did. But then later that day it wouldn't turn on at all.
my L9 won´t turn on, i tried to charge it, but dond´t charge; i do a change of battery for a new and load one, but still won´t turn on...i don´t know what is the problem???

first, remove the phone back cover and also remove the phone battery and plug in the charger to phone withought a battery and wait for 10 seconds and put the battery back to it and press the power button and switch it on. THANK YOU........

LG s Support tool will solve this my phone was not starting i downloaded the LG mobile support tool and it worked for me now my OPTIMUS L9 is fully refresh with a new software
