Dryer will not run after PTS released

I have a Kenmore Elite Electric Dryer Mod 110.62992101. I have seen this issue on here for another model. It that instance, the author stated he attempted to place the dryer in diagnostic test mode, but it failed, so they knew the issue was on the circuit .board......ie diodes

I set the dryer for test mode and I DID receive the tones.

Is the board still the issue? If so, any ideas, if not, where should I be looking?
