Best adhesive for gluing glass to frame

Does anyone know the best type of adhesive to bond the glass back onto the frame after a glass only replacement?

I'm tempted to use silicone as it would be slightly flexible and not brittle compared to epoxy or superglue. And there's no way i'm using double sided tape to bond it!

When separating you can see a glue has been used originally.

Just to be clear, i'm not talking about the LOCA, i'm talking about fixing the LCD/Glass combo to the FRAME.

I'm from the UK so products may not be available for what you might get over in the states?

Thanks

Recently I was looking for the same exact thing and I found this:

http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en...

I don't know where to buy it from and wherever I found it, the price was insane.(1000$+)

Whoever I asked about the matter, they are using superglue in gel form and applying it with a needle or toothpick.

If anyone else would like to give an idea I would be vey intersted to hear it too.

Looks interesting, Thing is using new glues could give you a bad name if it goes wrong! There's something called fantastic elastic, but not sure if it's any good on plastic to glass.

Does the gel form behave differently?

I suppose gel superglue is less fluid and sits where you put it, thus you don't make a mess of it.
