VPN/Wifi networks missing after front screen replacement?

I replaced my iphone 4 CDMA front screen but after, my home wifi wasn't connecting. When I went to the gym the wifi connected, so I'm assuming the wifi range is just lower. Also, I don't have any VPN information, and the 'Verizon' logo on the top bar is missing as well. I've reset network settings, dialed *228, restarted and made sure all the tangible pieces were correctly placed & screwed back in the phone. Any suggestions?
