home button not working after change ear piece

Hello

I have iphone 5 with ear piece not working and after i changed earpiece with another original but after i close the phone home button not working .

i changed home flex 3 times and big flex with charge and home connector on it 3 times but still same problem

is there any IC or part related to this.

Did you touch the motherboard at all?

Did you take battery out?
