I was following the guide to replace the proximity sensor/power button flex cable for my iPhone 4S. But near the end, this plastic piece fell out and I have no idea where this came from?

As you can see in the pic it sides below the numbers 118 on the lcd flex cable. It is not needed the phone will function proporly without
