Error 21 at trying to recovery

Hi. I have iphone and i have problem. When i plug him into charger, he just show Apple Logo and then restart after 3-5 secs. I try to plug him into recovery mode (button + plug cable) he shows itunes and itunes on computer recognize him. I'm just clicked restore iphone and it say's error 21. Phone have Front Glass Cracked, but screen was working good, and mobile was working good too. Can be this problem battery ? Because when i plug into computer itunes recognizing device.

hello error 21 usually refers to a battery problem i would replace battery

Can be mobile started without display ? I just now replaced battery, but i destroy display assembly.

After replacing still showing error 21, i added some images upside.

I try to remove battery, and he still doing same. It's like when i plug him battery charger into wall, he show's itunes too

Yes, because i'm waiting for new, i have only 2 cables from display i missed 2nd part, like digitizer or what is it
