Why is the printhead jammed on my new KODAK ESP 7250 AIO Printer?

Fitted factory-supplied new printhead and genuine Kodak new cartridges - ran off 5 test pages, no problem. Next day at start-up, Printhead carriage jammed in docking position. Anyone know how to access the innards to release it?

I'm having problems with an error on my printer its code3527 I've cleaned this printer head so now I'm confused cause it still won't print maybe I need a new printer head
