will not charge, SMB136 surface mount chip heats up

I am pretty sure the problem in the tablet I have is the SMB136 charging chip. I felt it with my finger and it burned pretty quickly. I measured the temp of the chip and it was well over 140 degrees celsius. I removed the chip with hot air, and all the joints are intact on the main board. There are 2 missing joints on the chip itself. So I need to replace the chip. Where can I find this part?

I included a picture, the part is located at the bottom right of the picture. SMB136 Summit Microelectronics Battery Charger.

I have looked ebay and through google. The only only thing is to buy broken boards off ebay.

any ideas?
