My phone wont turn on but all the buttons work
It turns on with the apple sign and gets to my home screen then shutdown and my pc wont download iTunes

Try using a different computer with latest iTunes. Put the device in recovery mode and try restoring it , that should fix the shutdown issue, if the issue is still present , I would then suggest a battery replacement
