Black screen & beeps after battery replacement

Hi everyone!

I've searched around the web and i can't seem to find an answer.

The other day i replaced my iPhone's battery, and ever since the screen wouldn't turn on and when plugged in it would just beep every few seconds or so, no apple logo, nothing. Just a black screen, with no power.

When plugged in, vibrates as if it were turning on, and then the beeping begins.

I thought something might be disconnected but i checked the screen connectors and the battery connector and everything seems fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks everyone.

Same happended to me, let me tell you why it happened first, you did not unpluged the screen in your phone, you replace the battery without removing the screen. EVERYONE IF YOU GONNA REPLACE THE BATTERY PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SCREEN. I replaced the screen as suggested and now the phone is working perfectly.

I solved it.

Replacing the battery WITHOUT disconnecting the screen connectors busted the screen. So i inevitably had to replace the screen as well.
