Samsung Galaxy Light SGH-T399 not charging after 2 port replacements?

My Samsung Galaxy Light SGH-T399 will not charge. Customer brought in phone, it had bent prongs in the charge port. So I replaced it. Doesn't charge still. I replaced it again, still nothing. Replaced it again very carefully and still no luck.

Anyone have an image of one of these boards? Maybe something got knocked off the board. When I put a fully charged battery in the phone it works fine. It just won't charge. Any bypasses I can try?

I have the same problem with my phone at first I thought it was the cable so I replaced it but it still didn't charge. I then thought it was the wall charger so I used a different one and it still didn't work so I'm taking it in to the shop soon ill update if it gets fixed.
