I can't remove #00 Philips screws
I have 3 ipod minis partially disassembled but can not break the small Philips loose. I'm afraid of stripping the screws.

Try putting a piece of shrink wrap tubing or a rubber band over the screwhead first. Otherwise, use a dremmel or file to cut a slot in the head, and use a flathead screwdriver.
