How do I repair my frothing disc?

Keep it clean as oils build up. Take it out and keep both cup and disk very scrubbed and it will work again. Also make certain your burrow is working properly and the disk is actually spinning before you leave it .

I recently started having the same problem with mine. It heats up but the little disk that you put into the cup to get the milk whipped will not spin. I’m not sure what it means to take the disc out and clean. Does that mean the disc in the cup? Because I always clean that. Or meaning the appliance itself. I didn’t realize that came out of the appliance if that’s the case. I’ll have to check that out. I’ve had it less then a year so I was quite surprised when it stopped spinning. Was anyone able to fix it?

Yes, I found you have to remove the disk and wash it well and also wash the cup well as it can collect oils under the disk. This works for awhile. But, after three years I had to replace it and three years before that I had another one. That's it!
