Project MacBook Pro need Help troubleshooting power

Apple MacBook Pro "Core i5" 2.3 13" Early 2011 Specs

Identifiers: Early 2011 13" - MC700LL/A - MacBookPro8,1 - A1278 - 2419*

I have this macbook:

I do not know it's history, it could have any kind of problems. The glass is broken, it is pretty banged up. I have replaced the HDD (because it didn't have one) and the mag safe (because it looked like had been set on fire). A magsafe plug doesn't seat very well but will show green as if it is charging. The MacbookPro on the other end does nothing. Not a single light, not a single spin of the HDD. It's a brick. I would be happy to provide images if there is a chance that that could help. I could use some advice on where to begin with this Macbook Pro.

Thanks

You have to examine the logic board for damage/corrosion. Look for burned or swollen components. The only DIY test for logic boards is the Mark One Eyeball & a magnifying glass.

You might be able to pull the board and send it someplace to be examined with sophisitcated and very expensive machines… or just replace the logic board and screen. depends on how much you want to invest it repairing it..

Other option… part it out.
