It sounds like you have a damaged or dislodged shutter curtain blade or something is on the blades (oil or dirt) thats hampering its operation.
Can you take a good hires picture of the shutter from both the film chamber side and the mirror side (being careful not to damage the mirror). If needed use some tape to hold it up. Maybe we can see something.
At worst your shutter or its blades will need to be replaced if they are damaged.
