I believe that is a late 2006 unit
Late 2006 - MA589LL - A1207 - 2118 - iMac5,1
If so Logic Board numbers from the manual are as follows:-
661-4108, 2.16 GHz, 128
661-4109, 2.33 GHz, 128
661-4110, 2.16 GHz, 256
661-4111, 2.33 GHz, 256
The part you quote appears to be from a iMac G5 (20-inch iSight)

The P/N should be printed on the logicboard itself.
