Can I still get my pictures from the circuit board
I have an lg motion and cant get it to turn on ithink it over heated cani still get my pictures from the curcuit board or main memory

Most likely not, unless you have some way of accessing the on-board flash memory. That would most likely require repairing the phone.
Your pictures are still on the phone, most likely, just inaccessible right now.
