i need to know where is the cooling sensor on my neon plymouth 95 because is been hot i change the termortate and one of my radiator fan stop working and my car get hot

if only one fan isn't working, it is probably just the fan that is dead, but check the wiring and connections first. If I remember right it's just a few bolts that hold it in place. You can probably find a replacement fan at a junk/salvage yard or a pick-a-part type place for cheap if you need to replace it.
