After Screen replacement, some keys not working

Most likely a bad spot in the digitizer. If you turn the keyboard sideways you will probably find the same spots are dead on the phone and not just the keyboard.

Perhaps it is a poor quality part. Maybe you damaged or crimped the cable trying to install it. There are many possibilities. I would change out for a new glass and be sure to install it very gently and keep an eye on the cables attached to the screen. Make sure you dont bend them excessively and make sure they feed smoothly through the frame when putting the new screen on. This will help ensure you dont damage anything and the digitizer works correctly after install.
