Black screen after screen replacement

After replacing a screen on a Sony Xperia V the screen is black. The phone starts and seems to work fine.

I have tried 3-4 new screens with the same result.

I cant find much on ifixit on Xperia V model. Its a quite easy phone to fix, but it seems that Sony phones have some issue regarding replacing the screen. I have had the same problem on the Xperia X also.

Does anyone know if the phone is very sensitive to electrostatic damage?

I appreciate any help I can get.
