Got issue with the Airport Card and replace the card. However, now it even not detect the card at all. Anyway, I can manually install the software to activate?

Sorry Rick, it sounds like you have a bad AirPort card and/or the connector on the system board is broken so it's not being seen by the OS.
You could try resetting the PRAM Apple TN on NVRAM & PRAM to see if that helps. Otherwise you'll need to try another card and inspect the connector and the cable connections.
If your logic board is damaged I would recommend looking for a USB connected WiFi adapter (make sure it works with the Apple OS you are running on your system).
