Today I replaced an iPad touch screen for a fully damaged touch screen, after connecting the touch screen and display, iPad didn't boot up. Got a booting sound only while connecting to the charger or PC. But no display, apple LOGO etc in screen? What could be the reason for this? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

try hard reset by pressing the power button and home button at te same time for about 10 sec.
