"No Service" constantly after dropping on the ground about 4 feet.

i was just texting, and i dropped my iphone down onto the hard tile, and the only way to power it back on, was to take off the back, disconnect, and reconnect the battery. however, i get about a minute of the "Searching..." for the carrier, then no service, and i have checked the inductors and the connections, everything really seems to be alright, but cannot seem to fix the no service problem. any suggestions?

Make sure you set the time and date correct this will sort out the signal plus make sure the antenna connector is seeded correctly its the one with the black wire
