does anyone know the specs of C8 capacitor on the underside of PSU?

Hi,

I am in the process of repairing my Time Capsule (1st Gen, 500 Gb) power supply unit, and apart from the common capacitors to replace (the 1500 uF and the 470 uF on the top side), there is an smd capacitor in the underside which is also dead, in position C8... does anyone know the specs, so I can get a replacement one?

what about resistance R31?
