iPhone 4 WiFi plate missing bottom screw nut. How to replace?

I have a greyed out wifi on my phone. I have tried many ways to fix and I would like to try this one next. I understand the two screws (top long one and bottom small) are very important towards having wifi signal.

I have a new wifi plate therefore have all the metal "rings" on it.

My bottom screw does not have the small "nut" or holder that was supposed to be attached to the logicboard and I would like to know if there is a solution to re attach this part. I will update with picture shortly.

Thanks.

The top long screw is important. The lower small screw with the small serrated nut has no function other than helping a small amount in supporting the plate.

I did tests on my friends phone and when removing the bottom screw, wifi cut out. The whole wifi plate is important, I believe the top is only important for IME. Please correct me if wrong but from reading I think all is important.
