Rear Camera Not Working

If your camera is correctly plugged back on the motherboard try this:

There's a golden connector/bracket you need to put back in place between the camera & top of the iPhone. Is it there?

hi, i have the same problem, and i have that golden bracket that u mentioned in place, maybe its the motherboard that's broken?

I have the same problem, my lock button was replaced, tried opening the camera app, and left with the shutter screen, camera has been replaced still no joy this is on a iPhone 4S, been told it could be the main board, any other solutions?

I also changed the lock button on the phone and now I'm having the same problem with the camera. Has anyone come across a solution yet?

just bring to the apple shop and they will tell you that the wire was disconnected so your ask them to fix it, wait for 45 minutes. I my camera is working quite good now.
