Why my Phone Nokia N70 Is Not Charging?

My Nokia Phone N70....Everything is ok...but when i plug it in to charger....it display That its charging..After 2 Hours Charging....the Phone willl autometically Swiched Off..WHen i trying to On my phone...It still Say (Bettery Empty Please Recharge)....I ALso try with other chargers...betteries etc..I Also take to the Mobile repair shop..They said that my mobile phone Has a Charger IC That was got damage...What i Have to do...??????

I tryed My best to write My problem....Cause I am from Bangladesh......If I write any wrong words or having trobule To undrestand Please forgive Me....

What are your capabilities? Any chance you are someone you know can reball a BGA chip? This is what it would take if it is your PMIC. Have you taking it apart and checked for any missing or burned components. Did the people in the repair shop take it apart or did they just guess (it happens all the time)?
