Where does this leftover part go. Wifi is weak

I replaced the damaged screen on my iphone 4s. Everything else works fine, but I am getting little to no wifi signal.

I have this piece leftover. Where does it go? Links to photos attached.

This part goes at the top left screw hole of the logic board, it is held down by the screw under the black tape sticker. The two prongs go down behind (adjacent) the camera at the top of the iPhone. The part hole goes right on top of the Logic Board as you work, then the screw goes in, then the black tape sticker.
