after replacying the iphone4 screen it doesnt come on but can still hear calls

Several things to consider....
One, make sure that all of your ribbon cables from your LCD and digitizer to your motherboard are seated properly and connected properly.
Secondly, you need to make sure that you did not get a defective LCD and digitizer. About 7% of the replacement screens we get from our supplier come in defective.
Third, perform a hard reset on the unit after replacing the screen.
