My iBook is really messed up, Please help.

I am trying to fix my iBook. i don't know the exact issue though. the situation is:-

when i try to turn on the iBook it acts like it is being turned on, with all the noises and stuff (you can actually feel the vibrations or things going on inside just like a normal laptop), but there is nothing on the screen, its dark not completely like turned off dark, but dark like the screen is lighter with dark blue. . . but its like there is light that indicates its turned on, get me. the brightness is like that lowest amount but with nothing on the screen. then the noises continue, after some minutes it stops. (maybe i could upload a video?)

afterwards i put it to sleep then i wake it up. i press enter or command or shift, the laptop suddenly starts getting loud all of a sudden with its fan getting intense, (makes me think its gonna blow or something). i don't know whats wrong.
