I have an ipod. not sure if its 2nd or 3rd generation. i locked it up a while back but never messed with it. i went to charge it and when i came on it said "ipod is disable" connect to itunes. but i dont remember my itunes account. is there i way it could be fixed?

In general, once they ask to be connected to iTunes, you've pretty much got to connect it to iTunes.
