Step 1: Take the apple USB device and plug it in your ipod but not in the computer.

Step 2: Turn the ipod off.

Step 3 (difficult ;) hehe) Hold the home button and don't let go! Plug in the USB device into the computer. Don't release until you see Itunes pop up or an apple on your screen.

Step 4: It will turn to be in dfu mode. It will tell you to restore.
