constant "Empty the bin" error

Whenever it is scheduled to run or I press clean.. I keep getting a "empty the bin" error. I have replaced the filter, cleaned the dust bin, cleaned the rollers, wiped down everything & rebooted but this error won't go away. I read someplace that the "vacuum fan" may need to be cleaned..?  I have no idea how to do that & I can't find any videos or directions.
